To know where we’re going it’s important to look at where we have been. We take you on an immersive journey right back to the discovery of sugar cane then up to modern times with a look at latest rum revolution just on the horizon.

Make Your Own Barrel of Rum to take home!
At this point, with an understanding of the origins of rum and how it is made, we move to ‘The Lab’. Here you will have the opportunity to distill your own rum from our ‘low wines’. Following the distillation you will blend and barrel the rum in your very own mini oak cask to take home.

With the origins of vodka lying in Poland and Russia we start our story by heading east and way back to the 15th century.
From crazed Russian Tsars to the arrival of Communism we explore how vodka survived, thrived and found its way to America before uncovering how prohibition actually helped the drinks relentless march towards world domination.
